When you’re planning your wedding catering why not do things a little differently? A woodfired pizza buffet is perfect for a relaxed atmosphere that is sure to delight your guests. Popular with all ages, pizza never disappoints making it a super choice for any occasion.
The elegant gazebo setup adds a touch of Italian street food charm with warm lighting and a cosy atmosphere. Popular with festival themed weddings or equally classy set on a country estate.
Our wedding catering menu is inspired by award winning produce from both Devon, the surrounding areas and Italy. We are spoilt for choice but believe we have found some of the best ingredients around.
Our pizzas are served buffet style, cut into 8 slices with garlic dough sticks and condiments. Our optimal evening serving time is 2 hours with all our pizzas freshly prepared for guests to graze over as they please. Vegetarian and vegan menus can easily be accommodated.
The theatre of cooking with a real wood fire will wow your guests. Watching as our pizza chefs expertly cook their pizzas within seconds. When it comes to ovens we have one of the biggest capacities on the market. Ensuring we can cater for even the largest weddings.
All our packaging is Eco-friendly using recycled material and is bio-degradable. We can provide plates and basic cutlery included within the price list below.
Italian style sharing boards including mixed charcuterie deli meats, hard, semi-soft and soft cheeses, salted almonds, grapes, vine tomatoes, gherkins and focaccia bread.
A minimum call out does apply. Please enquire for more details. A deposit of 25% is payable to secure your date with the final balance due 4 weeks before. We are happy to travel however events outside of 25 miles will be subject to a minimal fuel cost. Our area covers the whole of the South-west from the bottom of Cornwall through to Devon, Somerset & Dorset.
Together we have a combined 20 years experience in the hospitality & restaurant trade achieving a recent 5 star food standard rating. We are members of the Nationwide Caterers Association, (NCASS) and in being so are fully insured for public and product liability to the value of £10 million. Forms can be provided to venues on request.

Chanbury’s are exceptional, taking pizza to the next level! They catered for the first evening of our wedding weekend and our guests are still talking about how brilliant they were two months later!

Chanbury’s catered at our recent country garden wedding and the pizza was fantastic!
