Comments

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

                    us with your credit or debit card number and expiry date. We will not store this

                    when you buy a giftcard you may also provide us with your credit or debit card
                    number and expiry date. This information will be processed by transaction
                    wireless in accordance with its privacy policy.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We store all personal data locally. There will be times when we will need to
transfer your data to central database systems located in United Kingdom, as
we improve our booking process. Your information will not be stored for longer
than is necessary for the purposed of described in this privacy policy

Will we share your data with anyone else?

We may share your data between entities within our group for operational
purposes. By using our website and submitting your personal data, you agree
for anyone working for us to access your data and use for the purposes as
outlined in this privacy policy.

We will keep your information within Chanbury’s except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies, including for child protection reasons) or as described in this section and section 9.

Generally, we will use your information within Chanbury’s and will only share it outside Chanbury’s where you have requested it or given your consent. However, we may share with third party sites (e.g. Facebook, Google, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter) some data, with appropriate security measures, to show you relevant advertising on third party sites.

Please note, we will not be selling your data to any third parties.
