Which areas do you cover for wedding catering?
We cover Devon and the wider South West, including Cornwall and Somerset. Travel charges may apply depending on your venue, so please include your location when requesting a quote.
How much does wood-fired pizza wedding catering cost?
The cost depends on your guest numbers, chosen menu, venue location and service requirements. Do get in touch with your wedding date, venue and estimated guest numbers, and we’ll provide a tailored quote. Please note a minimum spend applies subject to the time of year.
How many guests can you cater for?
Our large-capacity wood-fired oven setup enables us to cater for weddings of varying sizes. We now have 3 oven sizes, including our flagship dragon which is one of the largest in the country, allowing us to cater for larger celebrations with ease. Let us know your guest numbers and timings so we can discuss the most suitable arrangement for your celebration.
Can you cater for gluten free, vegan & vegetarian wedding guests?
Absolutely! One of the great things about wood-fired pizza is the flexibility it offers. We can adapt our menu to accommodate a range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian and vegan options.
For guests requiring gluten-free pizza, our bases are cooked in a separate foil tray. With advance notice, we can prepare these pizzas first to help minimise the risk of cross-contamination.
While we take every care when preparing food for guests with allergies and dietary sensitivities, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment. Your guests’ wellbeing is important to us, so we encourage you to discuss any specific requirements with us in advance, allowing us to explain the available options and take the appropriate precautions.
How long does your wedding pizza service last?
90 minutes is the optimal time for guests to enjoy the pizza catering. This allows time to return after the first visit incase guests are hungry for more. During this time we replenish the buffet with freshly cooked pizzas from your chosen menu until everyone is satisfied.
Can we try Chanbury’s pizza before we book?
Absolutely, for wedding enquiries we offer a complimentary collection from our pizzeria in Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot so you can try 2 of our woodfired pizzas from our menu alongside our famous cheesy garlic bread. We are open 7 nights a week from 4.30pm Monday – Thursday and 3pm at weekends. Generally if you can see us earlier in the day, so to avoid the evening rush, we can help answer any questions you have regarding your wedding or event catering. Enquire for further details.
